Absolutely! The waters around our park are ideal for exploring by rowboat, fishing boat, or canoe. An electric boat (with an electric motor) is very popular because it allows you to maneuver very quietly through the reed beds and polder canals without disturbing the fish. In the Netherlands, you do not need a boating license for small boats and motors up to 13 km/h.

The Meinesloot and the surrounding Frisian lakes are home to many pike, zander, perch, carp, and bream. You can cast your line right from the dock at your own home, or head out onto the water in a small boat.
