Our lodges are located in a beautiful, peaceful waterfront setting. The perfect base for exploring the best of Friesland with your family and your four-legged friend. Unwind in this beautiful waterside setting, just 750 metres from the charming water sports village of Akkrum.

🐶 Your dog is more than welcome

Dogs are welcome in this lodge, with a maximum of two dogs per accommodation. The garden is fully fenced, allowing your dog to explore safely while you relax outdoors. Upon arrival, everything is ready for your four-legged friend:

• a clean dog bed upon arrival
• food and water bowls with a stand
• a welcome package with two dog treats and a tennis ball
• a welcome card with useful tips, rules and an app showing the best places to walk your dog

🛋️ Living room with open-plan kitchen

Step inside a bright, single-storey living room with an open-plan kitchen. Gather around the dining table with family and friends, or relax on the sofa and watch your favourite series on the smart TV. On sunny days, open the French doors to the covered terrace.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, combination microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and kettle. Crockery and cookware are also provided.

💤🚿 Bedrooms and bathroom

The lodge has two bedrooms with single box-spring beds. The beds are made up for the number of guests booked before your arrival, so there is no need to bring your own bed linen. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain shower, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet.

🌳 Garden and private jetty

Outside, you will find a lovely garden with outdoor furniture and sun loungers, overlooking the small harbour. From your private jetty, you can easily cast a fishing line, moor your own or rented boat, or take a refreshing dip in the water. You can also sail straight onto the Meinesleat and explore the surrounding waterways.

You can park your car free of charge in the central car park, approximately 50 metres from your accommodation.

🎠 Fun for all ages

Children can enjoy the outdoor playground, trampoline and table tennis table at the holiday park. The picturesque centre of Akkrum is just a few minutes away.

🥖 Services at the holiday park

The reception team will be happy to share tips for activities during your stay. A bread delivery service is available, allowing you to collect freshly baked bread rolls every day, provided you order one day in advance. You can also order a drinks and snacks box or a grocery package. Behind the reception building, you will find a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, available for an additional fee.
